This blog is operated privately by Brett Phillips through the provision of services and hardware provided by
3 Deep Design Pty Ltd. 3 Deep Design Pty Ltd trading as 3 Deep Design Pty Ltd (“3 Deep” or “we”). 3 Deep 
retains the right at all times to monitor, retain or disclose any material posted on this blog as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

(b) engage in spamming, flaming or any other hostile activity in relation to this blog.

8.2 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
8.3 3 Deep do not allow the addition of anonymous comments. Each user posting to a Blog understands that the blog post/comment can be traced to their specific user account containing their email address, user name, date and time of sign up and IP address at date and time of sign up to Gravitybike HQ
8.4 By posting comments on Gravitybike HQ you agree to allow the content to be re-used or quoted by Gravitybike HQ without notification.
8.5 Users sometimes include references to other webites beyond the control of Gravitybike HQ. As such 3 Deep Design cannot be held responsible for the content of such websites.
8.6 We will delete advertising posts, the system is designed to provide an online diary for our users, not as a means for advertisers to promote their websites or products. Gravitybike HQ editors will decide what is acceptable or not on a case by case basis.
